Creating Work Queue

Work Queue for MaintenanceDirect is now available! Work Queue provides MaintenanceDirect with the ability to assign multiple technicians to a team and then assign them to a Work Order. Additionally, Work Queues can be assigned to a route so when a particular type of work comes in it will get assigned to a specific Work Queue.

The MaintenanceDirect and Event Manager integration is now available! This integration will help you understand the true cost of events including associated work and allow you to budget accordingly. You can seamlessly involve custodians and technicians in event setup. We will continue to streamline and improve your integration experience in future releases. *Note: Only certain clients are eligible for this integration.
